• Videos: Uploaded directly to your personal YouTube account. We do not store your video files on our servers.
• Account Data: Stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Tags and Metadata: Synchronized to Firebase Firestore, associated with your unique user ID.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication

5. Third-Party Services

V-Rise integrates with the following third-party services:

5.1 Google/YouTube

We use YouTube API Services to enable video uploads to your YouTube account. Your use of YouTube through V-Rise is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

You can revoke V-Rise's access to your Google account at any time through Google's security settings.

5.2 AI Analysis Services

For video analysis features, we may send video frames to AI service providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini). These services process data according to their respective privacy policies. Video frames are processed temporarily and not stored permanently by these services.

5.3 Firebase

We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Firebase's data practices are governed by Firebase's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Note: Videos uploaded to YouTube will remain in your YouTube account unless you delete them directly from YouTube

8. Children's Privacy

V-Rise is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@xviewapp.com and we will delete such information.

For users between 13 and 18, we recommend parental guidance when using the Service.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using V-Rise, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
